The Inns of Court Mediation and Arbitration Centre is a purpose built facility conveniently located on Level 5 of the Inns of Court.

The private and secure environment of the Centre with its superbly appointed rooms and facilities, provides an excellent venue for mediations, arbitrations and small conferences.

Complimentary bottled water on arrival. A self-service tea and coffee bar opened from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.

HOURS

The Centre is open from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm for Mediations to start at 9.00 am Monday to Friday. Special arrangements can be made for our closing times as we understand that mediations can unexpectedly run overtime.

LAYOUT

The Centre has four main mediation rooms, one of which can be divided into two smaller rooms by an operable sliding wall.

M1 and M2 combined comfortably seats 16-20people
M1 or M2 separated seats 8-10people
M3 seats 6
M4 seats 6

There are also five breakout rooms, seating between 4 people, and three comfortable waiting areas.

Room allocation and seating arrangements are flexible so the Centre can accommodate many types of bookings including mediation, arbitration, general meetings and conferences.

Full day prices from 9.00am to 5.00pm (late fees may apply).

Half day prices – morning session 9.00am to 12.30pm / afternoon session 1.30pm to 5.00pm.

VIDEO CONFERENCING FACILITIES

This includes the latest video conferencing technology with the fast fibre link. The all-in-one video conferencing bar to create an elegantly streamlined audio-video meeting.

Cost for the hire of the video and phone conferencing equipment is $30 each per day.

There are 5 conference phones for multi-party conferencing and wireless speakers.

There are two mobile panel stands with video facilities that will be used for M1 & M2 and the Common Room Board Room.
