Geoff holds dual qualifications of Barrister at Law and Chartered Accountant and represents clients in cases involving criminal, insurance, insolvency and commercial law, equity, wills and estates and family provision, children's and family law.
In Family Law, Geoff acts as Counsel for ICL, Hague Convention and Magellan matters, residence and time issues for children and domestic violence. Geoff also acts in respect of family property distribution including businesses, partnerships, companies, trusts, valuation of property and superannuation.
Geoff also acts in Discipline and Administrative Law matters.
Geoff has acted for a number of Inquiries including the Queensland Child Protection Commission of Inquiry.
