DJ Alexander specialises in tax law. He is listed in Doyle’s Guide as a leading Queensland tax barrister. DJ appears in all Federal and State tax matters, including in respect of income tax, Part IVA, CGT, GST, duty, payroll tax, and land tax. He also provides specialist tax advice to lawyers and accountants.
DJ has a significant trust and estate law practice and regularly acts in bankruptcy, insolvency, and commercial disputes.
Before being called to the bar, DJ worked in Minter Ellison’s tax team and at Brisbane’s leading tax law firm, West Garbutt.
He holds the following qualifications: LLB (Hons I), BCom (Fin), CTA, MTax.
