DJ has a broad practice, with a strong focus on taxation. His key practice areas also include trusts, estates, property, insolvency, bankruptcy, and commercial disputes.
DJ is recognised in Doyle’s Guide as a leading Queensland tax barrister. He regularly appears in both Federal and State tax matters and provides specialist tax advice to solicitors and accountants.
Before being called to the Bar, DJ worked in MinterEllison’s tax team and as a Senior Associate at West Garbutt.
Qualifications: LLB (Hons I), BCom (Fin), CTA, MTax.
